Harpoon Brewery and Beer Hall

One of New England’s original craft breweries, Harpoon offers a traditional beer hall in the Seaport District. Beer lovers can sip Harpoon IPA and UFO brews straight from the tap, as well as limited-release pilot brews. Pair with a signature pretzel served with IPA cheese or ale mustard. Harpoon Brewery and Beer Hall is open Tuesday through Sunday.

 

Samuel Adams Boston Brewery

The second-largest craft brewery in the U.S., and the official beer of the Boston Red Sox, Sam Adams has taprooms at Faneuil Hall and in the trendy Jamaica Plain neighborhood. Sample beers like the signature Boston Lager or a Wicked Hazy IPA at Jamaica Plain’s beer garden or swing by the Faneuil Hall taproom’s to-go station Thursday through Sunday. Tours are currently suspended.

 

Trillium Brewing Company – Fenway

Trillium has kicked Boston’s beer scene into high gear with their New England IPAs, sweet stouts, and European-style lagers and wild ales. You can try the goodness of these local haze-makers at the Fort Point brewpub and the Trillium Fenway taproom, which is open Wednesday through Sunday for draft and food service as well as contactless pick up and beer to go. Whether you love hoppy, roasty, sour, or wild, Trillium has amazing beers on tap and bottle paired with tacos, bowls and nachos from neighbor Taqueria El Barrio this season.

 

67 Degrees Brewing

One of only a half dozen Black-owned breweries in Massachusetts, 67 Degrees is a short drive from downtown Boston in the town of Franklin. This brewery is a family-friendly hangout for sipping rotating brews, the popular Route 140, a New England-style sipper hopped with citrus buds, and the brown ale made with raw local honey. The taproom – open Wednesday through Sunday – also offers food pop-ups and acoustic live music.

 

Democracy Brewing Company

Check out this local brewpub that serves fresh beer on tap and locally sourced pub fare in Boston’s Downtown Crossing area. Sip pints of classic beer styles, like Worker’s Pint American blonde ale, Fighting 54th saison, and the 1919 Strike stout. The traditional public house features a tasting room and a kitchen with scratch-made food, live music, and crowlers to go. Democracy’s taproom in the heart of Boston reopens in Summer 2021.

 

Dorchester Brewing Company

Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood has its own craft brewery. The Dorchester Brewing Co. offers a taproom that serves house brews that include Embarrassment of Riches IPA, Clapp’s Cream Ale, and sour called Stone Fruit Steve Austin. This Boston brewery has a rooftop beer garden and longtime pop-up M&M BBQ. They are now open daily for on-site service, delivery, and pickup.

 

Revere Hotel Boston Common
